The Human Resource Risk Assessment tool is designed to help the manager decide which sources of human resource risk require controls, which might need attention in the future, and which represent little threat to continuing business activity.
This worksheet tool allows the user to describe the sources of HR risk that are of greatest concern. Two scores, a loss frequency score and a loss severity score, are assigned to each HR risk concern and used to calculate an index number. This index number provides the business manager with a basic idea of which HR risks represent the greatest threat to the business.
