The tool you have selected is available in two forms.
The first form is a flash file. To use the flash file click on the link captioned 'Start Tool'. The flash file will open in your browser window. Depending upon your browser security settings, you may have to allow blocked content in order for the tool to run. Use of the flash file does require the Flash Player to be installed on your computer. To download the latest version of Flash Player, Click Here.
The second form is a MS Excel downloadable file. To download the file click the link captioned 'Download Tool'. You will be directed through the standard interface for downloading files over the web. You can open the file in your browser window or save it to your computer. If you save it to your computer, we suggest that you save the file to a convenient location using the current file name. Use of the tool requires macros to be enabled in order to use all of its features.
